On January 12, 2021, FESCO Adecco and the "Ice Flying iCE LiVE Oriental Pearl Ice Carnival" joined hands again to respond to the call of the country '300 million people on the ice and snow' and contributing to the promotion of the 2022 Winter Olympics. At the same time encouraged more people to join the Win4Youth global public welfare sports activity initiated by Adecco Group, bringing the opportunity to more than 1,000 clients and employees to feel the charm of ice and snow sports on the 600㎡ open-air real ice rink by the Huangpu river,

As the 2022 Winter Olympics is approaching, Beijing Foreign Enterprise Human Resources Service Co.Ltd, as the service provider that provided professional human resource services for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, it is currently serving as a member of the Preparatory Committee for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games and is fully supporting the national Olympic cause.  As a joint venture between Beijing Foreign Enterprise Service Co.Ltd and The Adecco Group, FESCO Adecco has always been responsible for responding to the national call for "300 million people on ice and snow" to promote the 2022 Winter Olympics. This is also the second consecutive year that FESCO Adecco has joined hands with the "Ice Flying iCE LiVE Oriental Pearl Ice Carnival" to bring clients and employees a different New Year by embracing ice and snow.

At the beginning of 2019, the concept of outdoor ice rink was brought to Shanghai by Ms. Yang Yang, the first gold medalist of the China Winter Olympics who has cooperated with FESCO Adecco for many years, the vice chairman of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), the vice chairman of the All-China Youth Federation, the chairman of the Athletes Committee of the Executive Committee of the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee, and the founder of Shanghai Feiyang Ice Sports Center, and her team to build Shanghai's first large-scale outdoor real ice rink by the Huangpu River around the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, successfully providing 40,000 people. This year, as one of the cultural promotion activities of the Winter Olympics, the scale of this ice carnival is further expanded, it is expected to continue to be open for at least 80 days, and will continue to hold wonderful ice sports, and provide professional coaches with on-site guidance to ensure that both zero-based and skating experts can enjoy the charm of ice sports.Win4Youth, as a global charity activity of The Adecco Group, is committed to conveying themes such as health and wellbeing, which is in line with the spirit of the Winter Olympics.
